Mumper & Jennie Mumper & George Mumper minor children of A. R. Mumper Deceased, for guardian And now, 4 Oct 1887, upon reading within petition the Court appoint Robert Campbell guardian of said minor, and direct that he give bond in the sum of 200 dollars, with surety to be approved by the Court . . . In the Orphans' Court of the County of Perry TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: THE petition of Sarah E. and Jennie Mumper, Geo. J Mumper by Henry Mumper next friend, respectfully represents: That the petitioners are minor children of A. R. Mumper late of Toboyne township in said county, deceased, under the age of fourteen years, resident within said county and have no guardian to take care of their person and estate; and that there is some estate and income to them coming ___ for the E____ their Interest shall in all _______ be protected and ask for the appointment of Robert Campbell therefore pray the Court to appoint a guardian for the purpose aforesaid. In the Orphans' Court of the County of Perry TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: THE petition of Randolph W. Mumper (crossed out "George L. Mumper") respectfully represents: That your petitioners are minor children of Arnold R. Mumper late of the township of Toboyne in said County, deceased, above the age of fourteen years, resident within said county and have no guardian to take care of their person and estate; and that there is some estate and income as is supposed and expected and ask for the appointment of Robert Campbell therefore pray the Court to admit them to make choice of a guardian for the purpose aforesaid.
