  In the Name of God Amen, I Jacob Rowe of Toboyne Township Perry County & State 
  of Pennsylvania being in _i_ling Health of Body and of Sound and desposing 
  Memory (Praised be God for the Same) and being desirious to Settle my Wordly 
  affiars while I have Strength and Capacity So to do, Make and Publish this my 
  Last will and testament, First and Principally I Commit my Soul into the hands 
  of my Creator who gave it and my Body to the earth to be Entered in a Church 
  yard and my worldly matters as follows (Viz)  I order that all my Just Debts 
  Funerall Expences and Charges of proving this my will be in the first Place 
  fully Paid and Satisfied and after Paymnet thereof I give and Bequeath to my 
  Daughter Mary Ann Intermarried with Samuel Hollenbaugh twenty five Dollars and 
  I Give and Bequeath to my two Daughters Susannah & Isabella the amount of 
  household furniture and Stock the same as my other Daughters got when the left 
  home and afterwards the Remainder if any to be divided among all My Heirs 
  Equal the above mentioned three Daughters along with the other heirs according 
  to Law Excepting Joshua which I Give and Bequeath one Dollar and his children 
  to have their Equal Share with my other heirs and Jonathan Koser who was 
  married to my Daughter Catharine who is now Dead and has no heirs I give 
  Nothing & Jacob Kramer who was married to my Daughter Hannah and is Reported 
  to be dead in Mexico if he Should happen to Return I allow Nothing, but his 
  widow to have her equal share and I do hereby nominate and appoint Jonathan 
  Foust My Executor of this my will in Witness Whereof I the Said testator Jacob 
  Row have to this my last Will and testament Set my hand and Seal the thirty 
  first day of March AD 1848  Signed Sealed by the Said testator Jacob Rowe as 
  and for his Last Will and testament in Presence of Each of us at his Request 
  and in the Presents of Each other have Subscribed our Names as witnesses 
  thereto
