  Sir;
  Your are hereby notified that I renounce my right to take out Letters of 
  Administration on the Estate of my husband Henry Wentz, late of Jackson 
  Township, Perry County, Pa. dec'd.  and request that the same may issue to 
  Benj. B. Wentz, my eldest son and Jacob Wentz.
  Witness my hand and seal this 12th day of November AD 1894.

  personally came David Gutshall and Henry Bistline two disinterested and 
  competent persons, who, being duly qualified according to law, did depose and 
  say, that they will well and truly, according to the best of their skill and 
  judgment, value and appriase the Goods and Chattles, Rights and Credits, which 
  were of Henry Wentz late of the Township of Jackson, Perry County, Pa., 
  deceased, and a true and conscionable appraisement thereof make according to
