Do make and Publish this to be my last Will and testament In manner following, that is to say first I do order that all my Just debts and funeral expences and Charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied out of my Ready money and Effects, Item 1st I will and bequeath unto my wife Rebecca all my household and kitchen furniture, or so much thereof as she may choose to Retain for her use, during her natural life, Item 2 my will is and I do order that all my Personal property be sold by my Executors hereinafter named, assoon as Conviently can be after my decease, Item 3d I will and bequeath unto my son Henry Wentz his heirs and assigns for Ever All that Plantation or messuage of Land which I now Reside, Together with the following two tracts of timber Land the first containing 106 acres the second 20 acres more or less. For which so bequeathed, my will is and I do order my son Henry to pay seven thousand dollars. Two thousand dollars to be and Remain in the before bequeathed Real Estate during the natural life of my wife the Interest thereof to be paid to her yearly and after her decease the Principle thereof to equally divided amongst my heirs the Remaining five thousand dollars to be part of my Personal Property. Item 4th my will is and I do order that the one undivided half of the farm which I now own in the occupancy of Abraham Trostle be sold at Private or Public sale within the limit of four years after my decease, And authorize and empower my Executors hereinafter named to make Title for the same, as effectual as I could have done when living. Item 5th I will and bequeath unto my daughter Diana intermarried with Abraham Trostle, two hundred dollars over and above her equal share out of my estate, Item 6th I will and bequeath unto my two daughters namely, Catherine and Margret, Each, one hundred dollars over and above there equal shares, And as to the Ressidue and Remainder of the Proceeds arising from my Real and Personal Estate, I do order the Same, to be equally divided amongst my heirs share and share alike, should any one of my heirs after having Received five hundred dollars out of my estate, be dissatisfied and make disturbance in any way, my will is and I Do order the ballance of their portion over and above five hundred dollars be Equally Divided amongst my other heirs. Should any dispute or difficulty arise in the settling of my Estate, I Do order the Same, to be Refered to three disinterested Persons, and Their decision shall be final to all parties. I Do hereby nominate Constitute and appoint my two sons, namely Henry Wentz and George Wentz, Executors, of this my last will and Testament hereby Revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made And declare this only to be my last Will and testament. In Testimony whereof I the said Jacob Wentz have to this my last Will and testament set my hand and seal the Eight day of March one thousand Eight Hundred and seventy three.
