Steever Junr. Debt exceeding Forty Shillings: That by reason of sundry losses and misfortunes he is unable to pay the several demands against him. But is willing to surrender up his Property Real, Personal and Mixed for the Benefit of his Creditors, a Schedule of which is hereunto annexed. He therefore humbly prays the benefit of the several Acts o Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made and provided for the relief of Insolvent Debtors, and as in duty bound will, &c.
