Montgomery County At an Orphans Court held at Norristown, in and for the County of Montgomery on August 18 1851, before the Hon. David Krause Esquire President and his Associates, Justices of said Court. The Petition of John J. Breban, guardian of James M. Breban a Grandson and heir of James Molony late of the City of Philadelphia, deceased, was presented. That the said James Malony lately died intestate in the City of Philadelphia, leaving no widow [his wife had been Anne Moore], but leaving the following children and grandchildren, to wit - 1st John D. Molony, now deceased, leaving no widow but issue as follows, 1st Elizabeth I. who is deceased, leaving her husband John I. Cafferty and one child Julian B. Cafferty whose Guardian is John J. Cafferty; 2nd John Molony; 3d Ann - now intermarried with John J. Cafferty; Stewart Malony 2nd Sarah - now deceased leaving her husband John J. Breban and two children as follows, 1st Cornelia N. Breban who is of full age; 2nd James M. Breban a minor, whose guardian is John J. Breban 3rd Daniel Molony now deceased, leaving a widow, Mary, and issue as follows, 1st Mary, intermarried with Anthony J. Trimmer; 2d Daniel Molony; 3d Ann - intermarried with Michael Summers (an insertion reads "January 5 1852 the death of Anna M. Summers suggested - and Mary Molony of the city of Philadelphia (widow) assignee and grantee of Michael Summers who was intermarried with Anna M. Summers who died since the petition & Loyd Elmore Whiteside & Catharine Louisa Whiteside, devisees of the said Anna M. Summers by their Guardian Philip M. Price of the city of Philadelphia substituted."); 4th Thomas Molony; 5th James Molony; 6th Samuel Molony; 7th Edward Molony (the two last named of whom are still in their minority and having for their Guardian John M. Ogden). 4th Joshua Molony 5th Thomas J. Molony 6th Ann - intermarried with Charles J. Thomas 7th Mary intermarried with Justice Cox And that the said intestate died seized in his demesne in the following real estate to wit: all that certain Farm and Plantation composed of four several contiguous tracts in the township of Upper Merion in the County of Montgomery. 1st, 255 acres, survey of A. W. Cosson in June 1833. Neighbors: Thomas Reese; William Cleaver; John Lyle dec'd; Thomas Walton; I. Jarrett and --- Moore; Jonathan Tucker; Jonathan Phillips; Jonathan Roberts; George Thomas. Second, 60 acres, neighbors Jonathan Cleaver; John Elliot; John Lyle Jr.; Benjamin Lyle; subject to and charged with the payment of $1000 unto Martha E. Adams on her arrival at lawful age, but if she should die before she arrives at lawful age, the said payment to be made to Joseph Walker and William Kennedy, executors of Benjamin Rush Lyle dec'd. 3rd, 8+ acres, neighbors John Lyle dec'd; Jonathan Cleaver; Joseph Jarret and John Elliott Sr. 4th, 18 acres, neighbors John Elliott; William Cleaver dec'd; Benjamin Lyle dec'd. 5th, 18+ acres, neighbors William Cleaver dec'd; Benjamin Lyle dec'd; 6th 33+ acres, that tract in the township of Upper Merion aforesaid, neighbors Samuel Davis and Samuel D. Phillips. 7th, 9 acres, neighbor Jonathan Roberts. Land appraised. In testimony whereof as well as the said Sheriff we have set our hands this November 6 1851: John Kennedy; Robert T. Potts; A.
