Gray, Philadelphia, to J.A. Quay, Supt. Pennsylvania Reform School, Morganza, Pa. I am exceedingly obliged to you for your very kind letter of yesterday in relation to Ralph Horne. I have handed it to his lady relative who desires to express to you through me her sincere thanks for your courtesy in this matter. She has not as yet decided whether she will make the trip to Morganza on the coming Saturday, but should she do so she will call to see young Horne either on Sunday or Monday.
