Statement on printed billhead: Pitkin & Thomas, dealersin surplus government 
goods, wool and rubber blankets, military clothing, rubber clothing, wagon 
covers, army tents, boots and shoes, saddlery, harness, etc., etc.  H.W. 
Pitkin, Augustus Thomas.  No. 45 South Second Street, Philadelphia. 
   The bill was addressed to the Pennsylvania Reform School at Morganza, J.A. 
Quay, Supt.  10 boys jackets, standing collars & drilling pockets @ $1.75.

Additional Comments:
Statement dated Aug. 12, 1887: Pitkin & Thomas, commission merchants and 
manufacturers' agents.  Dealers in army clothing, blankets, tents, etc.  Sole 
agents for Dean Woolen Co's military cloths and kerseys. Agents for Mt. Vernon 
Co's cotton sail, awning and tent duck, all widths, white and colored; paper 
makers' felts, etc.  Agents for Tower's Fish Brand oiled clothing.  H.W. 
Pitkin, Augustus Thomas.  No. 45 South Second Street, Philadelphia.  
     The bill was address to the Pennsylvania Reform School, Morganza, Pa., 
J.A. Quay, Supt.  200 boys jackets, standing collars @ $2.00.
