We understand that it is your intention to install a new electric lighting plant in your institution. I have had considerable experience in this line, having had charge of all work for the Pennsylvania Hospital for Feeble Minded Children, Elwyn, Pa. Have also installed all machinery for the Pennsylvania Colonial Farm for Epileptics, West Chester State Normal School and the majority of the work for the House of Refuge at Glen Hills.
