	Height	  5	Feet	8     Inches,
	Fair		Complexion,
	Auburn	         Hair
	Hazel		Eyes,
	Marks		-------

Do hereby declare that I am a Seaman, and a  Naturalized  Citizen of the 
United States, having been born in the Free City of Hamburg & duly naturalized 
on the first day of August 1859 in the Court of Common Pleas for the City of 
Philadelphia  and State of  Pennsylvania.
