Schreiner an American Seaman, aged Fifteen years or thereabouts, of the height of Four feet Eleven inches, has Brown hair and fair complexon Blue Eyes, has Mole on right shoulder & a Scar on middle Toe of left Foot & Three Blue Spots made by India Ink on left hand, who being duly sworn according to Law, did on his solemn oath depose and say, that he is a native of Philadelphia in the County of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania and a Citizen of the United States of America. Jacob S. Schreiner AND at the same time appeared Daniel S. Stellwagen who being also duly sworn, did on his solemn oath depose and say, that he is well acquainted with the above named Jacob S. Schreiner and that the facts above stated are just and true, according to the best of his knowledge and belief. Sworn as above, before me, this 15 day of Jany 1812 Dan’l. S.
