On This  Eleventh  day of  February  in the year of our Lord one thousand 
seven hundred and ninety  Nine  Before me Clement Biddle, Notary Public, 
dwelling in the City of Philadelphia, personally came  Daniel Stillwagen  and 
made  Oath  that he is a  native of the City of Philadelphia  and a Citizen of 
the United States, that he is aged  Twenty four  years, of the height of  five 
feet  9 ¾  inches  brown  hair,   has a Crucifix & D S  & M F [ed.with double 
hearts] on his right arm.

And William Bell   being also duly  Sworn  made  Oath  that  he  is well 
acquainted with  Daniel Stellwagen  and verily believes that he was born in  
Philadelphia  County, State of  Pennsylvania.
