Stellwagen an American seaman, aged Fourteen years, or thereabouts, of the height of Five feet 3 ¾ inches, has brown hair and light complexion and has a scar on the Right side of the chin and a scar over the Right Eye who being duly sworn did depose and say, that he is a native of The City of Philada. In the state of Pennsylvania and a citizen of the United States of America. Edmund V. Stellwagen And Daniel S. Stellwagen being also duly sworn did depose and say, that the facts above stated are true according to the best of his knowledge and belief. Dan’l. S.
