Phillip Winemore paid $350 lawfull money of the United States to Zachariah Hoffman and his wife, for the certain lot or piece of ground situate on the North side of Johns Street at the distance of ninety feet Eastward from the East side of Second Street continued in Southwark aforesaid containing in front or breadth on the said John’s Street fifteen feet and extending by a ten feet wide alley and on the west by another alley of nine feet six inches wide leading into the said Johns Street.
