Property originally owned by James Lounes in 1743. He sold to William Arbour, subject to payment of 3 pounds lawfull money of Pennsylvania on the 25th day of March in every year forever. William Arbour and Agnes, his wife, by Indenture dated January 25, 1745, sold to Philip Winamore on January 25, 1745. This Indenture witnesseth that the said Philip Winamore and Barbara his wife for and in consideration of the sum of 6,000 pounds lawfull money of Pena. paid to them by John Jarvis. A certain Messuage House, tenement and Lot of ground containing in breadth East and West 18 feet including an alley 3 foot wide and in length 51 ft. Bounded Northward with Spruce St. alias Dock Street Eastward with a House and Lot of Nathaniel Allms, Southward with Badcocks Ground and Westward with the said Philip Winamore’s House and Lot.
