Chase This Indenture made between Margaret Winnemore, City of Philadelphia, widow of the one part and Edwin T. Chase, Philadelphia, Attorney at Law of the other part. James Hopkins by indenture of December 9, 18?6, recorded at Philadelphia in Deed Book AWM No. 20, page 375 did grant to Margaret Winnemore the yearly ground rent or sum of seventy dollars chargeable one half yearly and payable by the within mentioned Joseph Lee.. Lot or piece of ground situate on the west side of Schuylkill Sixth street between Chesnut and Market Street in the City of Philadelphia, beginning at the distance of thirty five feet southward from the South side of Barkel Street containing in front or breadth on said Schuylkill Sixth Street seventeen feet six inches and in length or depth westward sixty six feet. Margaret Winnemore, in consideration of the sum of one thousand one hundred and sixty six dollars and sixty six cents and two thirds of a cent, conveys to Edwin T. Chase the yearly ground rent or sum of seventy dollars, as well as the property mentioned Signed: Margaret Winnemore (her mark) Witnesses: Charles D. Freeman Wardale G. McAllister Wm. C.
