Winnemore ux To William C. Flanigen This Indenture made between Isaac T. Winnemore of San Antonio and State of Texas and Eliza I., his wife of the one part and William C. Flanigen, City of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, late Dry Goods Merchant of the other part. Witnesseth that Isaac T. Winemore and Eliza I., his wife for and in consideration of the sum of $1,500 paid by William C. Flanigen did convey… All the two full equal undivided eleventh parts or shares of Isaac T. Winnemore of that certain three story brick messuage or tenement and lot or piece of ground situate on the west side of Second Street between Pine and Lombard Street in the City of Philadelphia containing in front or breadth eighteen feet and in length or depth seventy feet. Bounded in the east by the said Second Street, on the north by ground now or late of the heirs of John Hamper, deceased, on the west by a four foot wide alley extending into Lombard Street and on the south by ground formerly of Joseph Shippen. Also that certain messuage or tenement and lot or piece of ground situate on the north side of the said Pine Street between Delaware Second and Third Streets in the City of Philadelphia containing in breadth on the said Pine Street about eleven feet two inches and in length or depth eighty feet more or less. Bounded on the east by ground now or late of John Y. Bryant, on the north by ground now or late belonging to the estate of Gamble, on the west by ground late of Thomas Winnemore and on the south by Pine Street aforesaid. Also all that certain lot or piece of ground with the messuage or tenement thereon erected situate on the south side of Catharine Street in the City of Philadelphia, lately in the District of Southwark, beginning with the said Catharine Street at the middle of a brick privy, thence extending eastwardly along the south side of the said Catharine Street thirty six feet eight inches to a sixteen feet wide alley, thence extending southwardly along the west side of the said alley eighteen feet five and three quarter inches to ground in the care of Andrew Montgomery, thence extending in the same westwardly thirty seven feet one inch to a division fence, thence extending by the same and through the middle of the said privy nineteen feet nine inches and five eighths of an inch to the place of beginning. Bounded on the north by the said Catherine Street, on the east by the said alley, on the south by ground in the care of Andrew Montgomery and on the west by ground late of Jacob Winnemore. (The premises above described being the same of which Thomas Winnemore dec’d seized intestate leaving issue to wit –Lewis D., Jane, Hannah, Isaac T., Anna, Margaret, Rebecca, Thomas M., Jacob W., Ezra S. and Samuel E. Winnemore in equal parts and thereas as tenants in common, subject to the dower for life of their mother Margaret Winnemore, now deceased. And Joshua Longenecker and Ann his wife, late Ann Winnemore, by indenture dated May 5, 1851, recorded in Deed Book GWC, NO 9, page 133 conveyed their eleventh part of said premises unto Conrad Zeigler in fee , who with Catharine, his wife by indenture on October 8, 1851, Deed Book GW No. 107, page 337 granted and conveyed the said Isaac Winnemore with fee. Winnemore and Eliza, his wife, appeared before Jno. D. McLeod, Chief Justice of Bexar County, State of Texas on December 27, 1855, and personally acknowledged the above indenture to be their act and deed. No date of recording given.
