Winnemore et ux to M. Hirchfeld This Indenture made between Isaac T. Winnemore of the City of Indianola, State of Texas, Gentleman, and Eliza I., his wife of the one part and M. Hirchfeld, City and State of New York, Merchant of the other part… Isaac T. Winnemore and Eliza, his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of $691.67 convey unto M. Hirchfeld… The yearly ground rent or sum of $40.50 lawful silver money, payable half yearly by the within named Edward Kelley for the lot or piece of ground situate on the north side of Catharine Street between Delaware Fourth and Fifth Streets continued at the distance of one hundred and twenty eight feet eastward of the east line of said Fifth Street in the District of Southwark, County of Philadelphia containing in front or breadth on the said Catharine Streets sixteen feet and in length or depth northward eighty feet to a twenty feet wide street called Harmony Street. Butted and bounded as is within. Signed I.T. Winnemore Eliza I. Winnemore Witnesses: Freder-Hermone John Henry Brown. I.T. Winnemore signs that he received the sum of $691.67 as full consideration of the above. John Henry Brown, Commissioner for the State of Pennsylvania, appointed to reside in the State of Texas, stated that Isaac T.
