Flanigen of the City of Philadelphia, fully constituted and appointed by Letter of Attorney bearing date of July 3, 1849 intended to be the party of the first part, and Robert Lockhart, party of the other part…… For the sum of $533.34 Margaret Winnemore conveys to Robert Lockhart… Margaret Winnemore sells to Robert Lockhart the yearly ground rent of $32. payable by James C. Catlin on a certain lot or piece of ground situate on the North side of Prime or Washington Street in the district of Southwark and County of Philadelphia at the distance of thirty four feet nine inches westward from the northwest corner of said Prime Street and Parker Street containing in front or breadth on said Prime Street sixteen feet and extending in length or depth at right angles to said Prime Street fifty seven feet to a three feet wide alley leading into Clare Street. (Being the same yearly ground rent or sum of $32 which James D. Whettram and wife by then endorsed deed poll bearing date the fourteenth day of October, 1848, recorded in Deed Book AWM No. 85, page 541, granted to Margaret Winnemore) Signed Margaret Winnemore (by her attorney in fact, Wm.
