Marselis This Indenture made between Thomas Winnemore, late of the City of Philadelphia, now of Lancaster County in the State of Pennsylvania, Hatter, and Margaret, his wife, of the one part, and Isaac N. Marselis of the District of Southwark and State of the aforesaid, M.D.,of the other part… For the sum of $1,500, Thomas Winnemore and his wife will convey to Isaac N. Marselis… Two frame tenements and lots or pieces of ground thereto belong situate contiguous to each other on the north side of Catharine Street in the District of Southwark. One of them containing in front or breadth on Catharine Street eighteen feet and in length or depth sixty five feet. Bounded northward by ground now or late John Parkam and wife, southward with the lot hereinafter described, eastward with ground late of Charles Cox and Anna, his wife and son, ???with Catharine Street aforesaid and the other of them containing in breadth on the said Catharine Street eighteen feet and in length or depth sixty three feet. Bounded on the north and west by lots late of Joseph Wharton, on the east by the last above described lot on the south by Catharine Street of messuage the same premises which Caleb North, Esquire, Sheriff by Deed Poll dated February 28, 1822 sold to Thomas Winnemore, seized and sold as the property of John Barnard.
