Winnemore ux to Frederick A. Plummer This Indenture made between Lewis D. Winnemore of the City of Mobile and County Mobile, State of Alabama, Gentleman and Jane, his wife, of the one part, and Frederick A. Plummer, Philadelphia, PA, Boot Manufacturer of the other part… Witnesseth that Lewis D. Winnemore and Jane, his wife, in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars will be paid by Frederick A. Plummer, will convey All the one full equal undivided eleventh part and share of them the said Lewis Winnemore and Jane, his wife of the certain lot or piece of ground with the tenement therein situate on the north side of Pine Street between Delaware Second and Third Streets in the City of Philadelphia, containing in breadth on Pine Street about eleven feet and two inches and in length or depth about eighty feet more or less. Bounded on the eastly ground of John Y. Bryant, on the north by ground late of Gamble, on the west by ground late of Thomas Winnemore and on the south by Pine Street aforesaid. And also all one full equal undivided eleventh part and share of them the said Lewis D. Winnemore and his wife out of all that certain lot or piece of ground and tenements thereon erected situate on the south side of Catharine Street in the District of Southwark, County of Philadelphia, beginning on the same Catharine Street at the Middle of a brick privy then extending eastward along the southside of Catharine Street thirty six feet eight inches to a sixteen feet wide alley, thence extending southwardly along the west side of said alley eighteen feet five and three quarter inches to ground in the care of Andrew Montgomery, thence extending by the same ??? thirty seven feet one inch to a division fence thence extending by the same ?? through the middle of said privy nineteen feet nine inches and five eighths of an inch to the place of beginning. Bounded on the north by the said Catharine Street, on the east by the said Alley, on the south ?? ?? in the care of the said Andrew Montgomery, and on the west by ground late of Jacob Winnimore. The same premises being a part of the same of which Thomas Winnemore dec’d seizen and intestate leaving him surviving Margaret Winnimore, his widow now deceased and issue, eleven children to wit, the said Lewis D. Winnemore, Jane Winnemore, Hannah Winnemore, Isaac T. Winnemore, Ann Winnemor, Margaret Winnemore, Rebecca Winnemore, Thomas M. Winnemore, Ezra E.
