Plummer This Indenture between Thomas Montgomery Winnemore, of the Borough of Columbia, County of Lancaster, State of Pennsylvania, and Charlotte, his wife of the one part and Frederick A. Plummer, Philadelphia, Boot and Shoe Manufacturer, of the other part. Thomas Montgomery and Charlotte, his wife in consideration of the sum of nine hundred dollars paid by Frederick A. Plummer for that certain messuage or tenement and lot or piece of ground situate on the south side Argyle or Almond Street in the District of Southwark containing in headth east and west twenty feet and continuing of that headth sixty seven feet to Armstrong Smith ground. Bounded eastward by a lot formerly of John Burnoe, Southward by a lot formerly of Armstrong Smith, Westward by ground formerly of Joseph Shippen and Northward by Argyle or Almond Street aforesaid. Also that certain three story brick messuage or tenement and lot or piece of ground situate on the west side of Second Street between Pine and Lombard Street in the City of Philadelphia aforesaid containing in front or breadth eighteen feet and in length or depth seventy feet. Bounded on the east by Second Street aforesaid, on the north by ground now or ? of the heirs of John Hamper, deceased, on the west by a certain four feet wide alley extending into Lombard Street and on the south by ground formerly of Joseph Shippen. Also all that certain lot or piece of ground with the tenement therein situate on the North side of Pine Street between Delaware Second and Third Street in the City of Philadelphia containing in breadth on the said Pine Street ? eleven feet and two inches and in length or depth ? eighty feet more or less. Bounded in the east by ground of John T. Bryant, on the north by ground late of the Estate of Gamble, on the west by ground late of Thomas Winnemore, and on the south by Pine Street aforesaid, and also of in to out of and from all that certain lot or piece of ground and tenements thereon erected situate on the south side of Catherine Street in the district of Southwark, County of Philadelphia, beginning on the said Catharine Street at the middle of a brick privy, thence extending eastwardly along the south side of the said Catherine Street thirty six feet eight inches to a sixteen feet inside alley, thence extending southwardly along the west side of said alley, eighteen feet five and three quarters inches to ground in the care of Andrew Montgomery, thence extending westwardly thirty-seven feet one inch to a division fence, thence extending by the same once through the middle of the said privy nineteen feet nine inches and five eighths of an inch to the place beginning is bounded on the north by the said Catharine Street, on the east by the said alley, on the south by ground in the care of the said Andrew Montgomery, and on the west by ground late of Jacob Winnemore. These are the premises which Henry Selar, Sheriff of the city by deed poll dated May 29, 1847, Book M Page 231 granted and conveyed unto Margaret Winnemore in fee. Margaret Winnemore is deceased and in her Will dated December 28, 1848, after sundry other bequests, she bequeathed the rest and residue of her estate real and personal including the said premises firstly described above to her sons Thomas Montgomery Winnemore, Jacob Wilson Winnemore, Ezra Stiles Ely Winnemore and Samuel Eggleston Winnemore, share and share alike. The premises secondly above described are the same which Charles Thompson Jones, Executor of Jane Winnemore, deceased by indenture dated August 20, 1841, recorded in Deed Book AWM No. 25 Page 234. Lewis D. Winnemore and wife by indenture dated February 9, 1847, Deed Book AWM No. 30 page 50, Frederick Leader and wife by indenture dated February 26, 1848, Deed Book AWM No. 64 page 70, George S. Brady and wife by indenture dated January 24, 1850, Deed Book GMC No. 69, page 323, granted and conveyed to the said Margaret Winemore in fee. George S. Brady and Margaret C, his wife, late Margaret C. Winnemore, by the above recited indenture conveyed two thirds part of their estate, right, title and interest therein unto the said Margaret Winnemore in fee the said George S. Brady and wife reserving nevertheless an interest therein unto the said Margaret Winnemore in fee. Later on George Brady and his wife convey their remaining interest to the four younger brothers. The premises thirdly and fourthly above described being part of the same premises of which Thomas Winnemore died seized in fee and intestate leaving issue eleven children viz. Lewis D., Jane, Hannah, Isaac T., Ann F., Margaret C., Rebecca, Thomas Montgomery, party hereto, Jacob W., Ezra Stiles Ely and Samuel Eggleston Winnemore to whom the said premises descended in fee. George Brady and Margaret again conveyed two thirds part of their estate unto Margaret Winnemore in fee, reserving an interest. Later on they conveyed their remaining interest to the four brothers. Thomas Montgomery Winnemore and Charlotte, his wife, on August 13, 1852, appeared before J. W.
