Winnemore, et ux to Margaret Winnemore This Indenture made between Isaac T. Winnemore, City of Philadelphia, Gentleman, and Eliza, his wife of the one part, and Margaret Winnemore of said city, widow of the other part… Margaret Winnemore paid the sum of $520 to Isaac T. Winnemore and Eliza, his wife. He conveyed to Margaret for and during all the term of her natural life, the undivided interest of one eleventh of (their, the said Isaac T. Winnemore and Eliza, his wife) two thirds interest in the following real estate in the city and county of Philadelphia of which Thomas Winnemore, died, seized to wit – a three story brick messuage or tenement and lot of piece of ground situate on the west side of Delaware Second Street between Pine and Lombard Streets. Also a three story brick messuage or tenement and lot or piece of ground situate on the north side of said Pine Street between Delaware Second and Third Streets, and also two adjoining three story brick messuages or tenements and lots or pieces of ground situate on the south side of Catharine Street between Delaware Front and Second Streets.
