The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net *********************************************************************** Abstracted from City Archives, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Deed Book RLL 36 Page 481 May 13, 1845 Margaret Winnemore to Samuel Wright This Indenture made between Margaret Winnemore of Elizabeth town in the County of Lancaster, State of Pennsylvania, widow of the one part and Samuel Wright, Philadelphia Freeman Scott and Mary, his wife, by indenture on 5/7/1841 conveyed to Margaret Winnemore a yearly rent charge of $58.50 in Deed Book GS No. 27, page 451. Margaret Winnemore is being paid the sum of $996.62 by Samuel Wright for the property and yearly rent charge. For the building and improvements thereon erected situate on the North side of South or Cedar Streets at the distance of Seventy two feet. Westward from the west side of Eleventh Street in the City of Philadelphia containing in front or breadth East and West on said South or Ceder Street eighteen feet and in length or depth North and South eighty feet to the within mentioned four feet wide alley being butted and bounded as in and by the indenture in Deed Book SHF No. 7, page 275.
