A .22 caliber revolver was lying beside her. A bullet from the weapon had penetrated her right temple. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Jewish Hospital. Mrs. Mary (Marie M.) LaRocque with whom she was visiting, said Miss Boyle had been ill for some time.
