BURROWS, relict of Mr. Jacob Burrows, and one of the daughters of late Capt. William Ross, deceased. This morning at 4 o'clock, of a short, but painful illness, WEBSTER VAIL, Hatter. His friends and acquaintances, are particularly invited to attend his funeral, for the dwelling of his Uncle Daniel Vail, No. 69 S. 5th street, tomorrow afternoon at one o'clock.
