  On the 2d inst., Mrs. Louisa Hoop, in the 37th year of her age.
  Her friend and acquaintances, and those of the family, are respectfully 
invited to attend her funeral, from her late residence, in Beck street, this 
afternoon, at 3 o'clock.
  
  On the 1st inst., Mr. Peter McArthur, after a long and tedious illness, aged 
49 years.
  His friends and acquaintances, and those of the family, are respectfully 
invited to attend his funeral, from his late residence, No. 63 New street, 
between Second and Third, to-morrow afternoon, at 3 1/2 o'clock.
  I. O. of O. F.-The Members of Lafayette Lodge, No. 18, and also the Members of 
Lafayette Encampment, No 5, of which he was a late member, and the Order 
generally, are invited to attend the funeral of their late Brother, Peter 
McArthur.
  The Members of the Dallas Beneficial Society are also invited to attend the 
funeral of their late fellow member, Peter McArthur.
