  SNYDER.-On the 26th inst., ELIZABETH L. SNYDER, daughter of
David Snyder.
  Funeral services at the house of her uncle, S. C. Smith, 2238
Mt. Vernon street, this (Monday) afternoon, 29th inst, at 2 o'clock
Interment at Upper Darby.
 
  STEIN.-On the 28th inst., FREDERICCA, wife of the late Phillip Stein,
aged 68 years.
  The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend the funeral, from her late residence, No. 210 Siegel street, on
Wednesday morning, May 31st, at 8 o'clock. Services at St. Alphonsus
Church, Fourth and Reed streets. Interment at New Cathedral Cemetery.
 
  STEVENSON.-On the 26th inst., MARY ELIZABETH, daughter of James H.
and Martha S. Stevenson, aged 9 years and 6 months.
  The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend the funeral, this (Monday) afternoon, at 3 o'clock, from the
residence of her parents, No. 1156 South Broad street. To proceed to
South Laurel Hill.
 
  STEWART.-Suddenly, on the 27th instant, SAMUEL STEWART, in the 42nd
year of his age.
  Due notice of the funeral will be given.
 
  SWOPE.-On the 25th inst., ROBERT SWOPE, in the 64th year of his age.
  The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend his
funeral, this day, the 29th, at 1 o'clock, from his late residence, 
No. 543 North Sixth street.
 
  TAYLOR.-On the 28th, LYDIA, the beloved wife of Joseph Taylor, in her 
60th year.
  The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend the funeral on Wednesday afternoon, at 1 o'clock, from her 
husband's residence, Heysville, De. Co. To proceed to Fernwood Cemetery.  (mine)
 
  TIMONEY.-On the 28th inst., JOSEPH R. TIMONEY, son of Dennis and Sarah
Timoney, aged 1 year 10 months.
  The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend
the funeral, on Tuesday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, from the residence of his
parents, S. E. cor. Sixth and Christian streets. To proceed to New Cathedral
Cemetery.
 
   Tishner.-Suddenly, on the 26th inst., GUSTAVUS, son of Octavus and Mary
Tishner, in the 12th year of his age.
   The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend
his funeral from his parents' residence, 1237 Belmont avenue, this (Monday)
afternoon, at 3 o'clock.
 
   TYLER.-On the 26th instant, REBECCA H., widow of the late Henry W. Tyler,
aged 52 years.
   The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend
the funeral, this day, 26th inst., at 2 o'clock, from the residence of 
Mrs. Gray, 1215 Catharine street. To proceed to Mount Moriah Cemetery.
 
  ULMAN.-On the 26th inst., at Franklin, Pa., S. L. ULMAN, aged 58 years.
  Funeral from the residence of his sister, Mrs. Gebler, No. 545 North Sixteenth
street, this day, May 20th*, at 2 o'clock. To proceed to Mount Peace Cemetery.

  WALLACE.-On the 28th inst., MAMIE C., daughter of John M. and Mary A. Wallace,
aged 10 years and 9 months.

  WEYMAN.-On the 28th instant, CHRISTIAN WEYMAN, in the 78th year of his age.

  WILKENSON.-On the 27th inst., of diphtheria, DAVID, son of Joseph and Mary
Wilkenson, aged 3 years.
