SMITH.-On 16th inst., SUSIE C., daughter of John M. K. and Wilhelmina Smith,
in the 13th year of her age.
  She sang so sweetly.
  Going home to Jesus: going home to Jesus.
 But our darling's voice we will hear no more.
 Until we hear her singing on the other shore.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the
funeral, this (Tuesday) afternoon, at 3 o'clock, from parents' residence, No. 1215
Morton Street. To proceed to Palmer's Cemetery.
 
STINSMAN.-On the 18th instant, MARY E., widow of the late Bishop Stinsman, aged
76 years.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the
funeral, this (Tuesday) afternoon, at 2 o'clock, from the residence of her son-
in-law, John Kucker, No. 733 McClellan street. To proceed to Wharton Street Vault.
 
SWAN.-On the 19th inst., BLOOMY H., wife of A. E. Swan, aged 41 years.
The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services, 
at husband's residence, 2404 Bolton street, on this day (Tuesday) at 4 P. M.
Interment at Massachutsetts**.
 
TAYLOR.-On the 20th inst., HERBERT T., son of James and Eliz J. Taylor, aged 4 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral, on Wednesday, at 2 o'clock,
from the residence of his parents, Heyville, Del. co., Pa. without further notice.

THOMPSON.-On the 20th inst., CHARLES., eldest son of Josiah and Lizzie H. Thompson,
in the 7th year of his age.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service, at
the residence of his parents, No. 1816 North Eleventh street, on Wednesday eve.,
September 22d, at 8 o'clock. Interment private.
 
TROMPETER.-On the 20th inst., LEWIS, son of Mathias and Mary Trompeter, in the 24th
year of his age.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, 
this (Tuesday) morning, at 8 1/2 o'clock, from the residence of his parents, No. 1318
Warnock street. High Requiem Mass at St. Peter's church. To proceed to St. Peter's
Cemetery.
 
UMSTED.-On the 18th instant, WILLIAM UMSTED, in the 87th year of his age.
The relatives and friend of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral,
on Wednesday afternoon, the 22d, at 1 o'clock, from his late residence, Rittenhousetown.
Interment at Mennonite Burial ground, Germantown.
 
WHITE.-Suddenly on the 20th inst., THOMAS F., son of John and the late Mary White,
age 14 years.

employes of John Davenport's mills, Hancock and Somerset street, are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral, on Thursday morning at 8 1/2 o'clock, from his father's
residence, No. 2665 Braddock street. High Mass at Church of the Visitation, and

WILGUS.-On the 20th inst., REBECCA B. WILGUS, widow of John Wilgus, aged 75 years.
