    SMITH - On the 24th inst., J.J.G. Smith, formerly of Charleston, S.C.
    Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral, Thursday, Sept.
28th, 11 o'clock A.M., from 2127 Arch street.

    STEWART - On the 25th inst., John A., in the 30th year of his age.
    Funeral from the residence of his brother-in-law, N. Kolb, 2254 Ludlow
street, this morning.

    STRETCH - On the 25th instant, Kate E., wife of the late Jacob S.
Stretch, and daughter of James and Mary M. THOMAS.
    The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the
funeral, from her parents residence 11_6 Hanover street, on Thursday morning
(28th), at 10 o'clock.

    STUEBING - On the 25th of Sept. 1882, George, son of Philipp Ernst and
Margaretha Stuebing, aged 21 years and 5 months.
            Rest in peace.
    The relatives and the friends of the family, also the members of the
Aurora Singing Society, Wilmer W. Banner New Year Association and Schiller
Yearly Beneficial Society, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral,
on Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, from his parents' residence, No 811
Snyder avenue.  To proceed to Lafayette Cemetery.

    TIMBERLIN - On the 24th inst., John Timberlin, aged 53 years.
    The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend the funeral, from his late residence, 1959 Mercer street, on Thursday
afternoon at 1 o'clock.  To proceed to North Cedar Hill Cemetery.

    TOMKINSON - On the 25th instant, Sarah Elizabeth, wife of William
Tomkinson, eldest child of William and Mary Jane PILGRIM.
    Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral, from the
residence of her husband, 81_ Norris st., on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

    UNRUH - On the 24th inst., Mary Unruh, widow of the late Joseph Unruh,
in the 80th year of her age.
    The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend her funeral, from the residence of her son-in-law, John BRADFIELD,
No. _656 Main street, Mount Airy, Friday afternoon, Sept. 29, at 2 o'clock,
without further notice.  Interment at St. Michael's Lutheran Church.

    WARD - On the 25th inst., Annie, wife of James Ward, and daughter of
Lavenia and the late John STUBBLEBINE, aged 31 years.
    The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend the funeral, on Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, from her husband's
residence, Washington avenue, above Orthodox street, Frankford.  To proceed
to North Cedar Hill.

    WELDON - On the 24th instant, at Rahway, N.J., George, son of Frank T
and Mary J. Weldon, aged 5 years and 5 months.
    The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend the funeral, this day, at 2 o'clock, from his parents' residence, No
212_ Master street.  To proceed to Mount Moriah.

    WILKINS - On the 25th inst., John Wilkins, Sr., in his 79th year.
    The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to
attend the funeral services, at the residence of his son, No. 933 Marshall
street, on Thursday evening, Sept. 28th, at 8 o'clock.  Interment at
Morrisville, Pa., Friday morning.

    WRIGHT - At the residence of Mrs. Robert KNIGHT, in Merchantville, N.J.,
on Monday, September 25, Imogen, daughter of the late Henry Wright, of
Philadelphia.
    Funeral from No. 2212 Locust street, on Thursday, the 28th inst., at 2
P.M.  Interment at Laurel Hill.

    YOUNG - On the 25th instant, George, eldest son of Mary J. and the late
George Young.
