   BARNHOLT.-On the 4th instant, JOHN SHEPHARD, son of 
John P. and T. A. Barnholt, aged 4 years, 2 months and 8 
days.
       We had a little Johnny once;
         He was a lovely child;
       We loved, ah, perhaps to well,
         For soon he slept and died.
   The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully 
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of his 
parents, 1016 Parrish street, this afternoon,  at 2 o’clock, 
without further notice.
