   BENNER-Suddenly, on board of the Ocean Queen, off Fortrose 
Monroe, on the 27th inst., Major HENRY L. BENNER, paymaster in 
the U. S. A. in the 37th year of his age. The relatives and 
friends of the family are invited to attend his funeral, from 
his late residence 841 S. Third street, on Thursday morning at 
10, o’clock.
