Philadelphia Public Ledger, 7 March 1861
CHARTERS — On the 6th inst., at 4 o'clock P.M., Sarah A. CHARTERS in the 14th
year of her age. 
  The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the
funeral from the residence of her uncle, Mr. John Wallace, No. 46 Almond street,
on Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock without further notice.

Additional Comments:
Sarah was born in Ireland, the daughter of John and Elisa Charters. At the time
of her death in 1861, she was living in Philadelphia at the home of her uncle
John Wallace, without her parents.
