   Dutilh.-Yesterday at noon departed this life, Mr. STEPHN DUTILH, merchant
of this city, a man of the most distinguished worth and excellence, and who in
character of husband, parent and friend, can be fully estimated only by those
connections who now lament his loss as a merchant his probit* has eminently
distinguished him, and as a member of society, his memory will long be revered
and respected.
   His friends are requested to attend his funeral at half past three o'clock, on
Sunday, the 28th instant.
