RADNOR, Pa., Dec. 29.-Former Judge J. I. Clark Hare died at his country home, Harford, here this afternoon, at 2:45 o’clock. The end came unexpectedly, despite the fact that Judge Hare had been in ill health for several years. He was seized with a chill and a few hours later expire. Judge Hare served for many years as President Judge of Common Pleas Court No. 2, of Philadelphia, and he was a notable figure in forming the Union League. Retiring from the bench in 1896, after forty-five years of continuous service, Judge Hare spent much of his time at his country home. He had just entered his ninetieth year.
