Obituary of James A. HESS:

"James A. Hess, age 89 years, died Tuesday morning, March 16, 1976, at Summit 
Nursing Home, Catonsville, Maryland.  Residence 1419 Gibsonwood Road, 
Baltimore, [Baltimore County] Maryland.  Formerly of 266 West 8th Street, Erie 
[Erie County, Pennsylvania].  Husband of Florence B. Hess, of Baltimore, 
[Baltimore County] Maryland.  Father of James M. Hess, of Baltimore [Baltimore 
County, Maryland]; Dr. Marilyn E. Hess, of Philadelphia, Pa.  Grandfather of 
Kevin A. Hess, of Carlisle, Pa.; Ms. Lesley C. McGee of San Diego, California; 
Karla A. and Jillian E. Hess, both of Baltimore [Baltimore County, Maryland].

Friends may call at the Chester A. Schall Funeral Home, 550 West 9th Street 
and Thursday and Friday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., and are invited to services 
Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock  Interment in Erie Cemetery [Erie, Erie 
County, Pennsylvania].  Tyrian Lodge No. 362 services Thursday evening at 7:30 
o'clock.  Elk services Friday evening at 8:00 o'clock." [1]
