   Mrs. Knowles Dies at  Advanced Age
   Mrs. Elizabeth A. Knowles, who died on Tuesday in Atlantic City, 
aged 87 years, was the widow of Levi Knowles, a prominent Philadelphia 
merchant of half a century ago. The funeral services will be held to-
morrow afternoon, from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Charles C. 
Perot, 1523 Spruce Street.
