  HORACE C. LEX
   Horace C. Lex, 83 years old, of 254 Lafayette Avenue,
Broad Street Park, died last night at his home after a
long illness.
   Mr. Lex had resided in Broad Street Park for the past
five years, having formerly made his home in Philadelphia.
He was a retired salesman. Surviving him is his wife, Adelaide H.
nee Asay.
   The funeral will be held privately from his home on Wednesday 
morning at 11 o'clock. The Rev. Joseph B. Kulp, of the Broad Street
Park M. E. Church, will conduct services and burial will be in
Groveville Cemetery under direction of W. T. Saul & Sons. Friends
may call tomorrow evening.
