   MAGEE.-Wednesday, 24th instant, Mrs. Matilda M. Magee, wife of William Magee, and
eldest daughter of John F. and Sarah M. Foxhill, in the thiry fourth year of her age.
   The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, 
on Sunday afternoon, the 28th instant, at 1 o'clock, from her husband's residence, No. 822
Bucknell street. To proceed to the Mount Moriah Cemetery.
