   MEGARGEE.-Suddenly, on the 29th inst., Mrs. TACY MEGARGEE, relict of the late Jacob Megargee,
in the 68th year of her age.
   Her relatives and friends, and those of the family, are respectfully invited to attend her funeral,
form the residence of her son, Theodore Megargee, Twenty-first and Tioga street, this (Thursday)
afternoon, May 2d, at 3 o’clock. Carriages will be in attendance at No. *20 Race street, until
2 o’clock.
