Philadelphia Public Ledger - July 27, 1885
Morrisey - On the 25th instant, Edward Morrisey, aged 78 years.
Funeral - on Tuesday morning, at 8 1/2 o'clock, from his late residence 4713 
Poplar street. High Mass at Our Mother of Sorrows'. Interment at Cathedral 
Cemetery.
