   PERNIER.- On the 29th inst, JOHN PERNIER, Jr., aged 35 years. (New York
papers please copy).
  The relatives and friends of the Franklin Engine Company, are
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of his brother,
Francis Pernier, Queen street, below Third, Simpson's Court,
Southwark, tomorrow  (Tuesday) afternoon, at 2 1.2 o'clock. To
proceed to Union Ground.
