Quimby, aged 27 years, and a resident of Philadelphia, a Pennsy chemist employed at the Sixteenth street laboratories, died at 9:30 o'clock yesterday morning from pneumonia at the residence of H. J. Brennecke of 1217 Sixteenth street where he made his home since coming to this city about three years ago. The young man was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and before coming here worked for some time in Virginia. His father, Henry H. Quimby, resides at 3920 Girard avenue, Philadelphia, where the remains will be sent from this city, leaving here on No. 6 at 10.45 o'clock tonight. Quimby has no relatives in this city, but was widely known among a large circle of friends.
