Mrs. Catherine Scholl, widow of Benneville Scholl, 157 South Franklin Street, 
Pottstown, died on Saturday from a complication of diseases at the home of her 
daughter, Mrs. Anna Isett.  She was aged 82 years, 10 months, 4 days.  
 
Deceased was a daughter of the late George and Catherine Wise and was born in 
Wisetown, Berks County, on May 4, 1830.  For twenty-four years she and her 
husband lived at Kenilworth, where her husband died twenty-two years ago.  She 
is survived by the following children: Ann, widow of Samuel Isett, Ida, wife 
of Harry Mauer, of Kenilworth; Oliver, of Columbus, o. (sic), and William, 
Philadelphia.
