County of Dauphin ss. In The matter of Wid. Claim Oct Ax19/08 ON THIS First day of January A. D. 1910; personally appeared before me a Notary in and for the aforesaid County, duly authorized to administer oaths, B. H. Hart aged 45 years, a resident of Harrisburg in the County of Dauphin State of PA whose Post Office address is 1914 3rd St, Harrisburg, Pa. who being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says in relation to aforesaid case as follows: That he is the pastor of the Fifth Street Methodist Episcopal Church in the city of Harrisburg, County of Dauphin, State of Penna,; and that as such he is the custodian of the records of said church and that the following is a correct transcript of said record: That on April 16, 1876, the Rev F. P. Eyer, then pastor of said church united James C. Cummings and Sarah Griffith in Holy Matrimony, at the residence of John Rhodes on Ridge Avenue in the city of Harrisburg, Penna. B. H.
