City and County of Philadelphia Register of Wills.
   I Mary W. Duncan of the city of Phila do make this
my last will on this day Dec 17th 1886.
   I wish my husband, John W. Duncan to receive one 
third of my property real estate or personal. Of the
other two thirds to be given to my sisters E.S. Cash
and Rebecca M Kratz - All my personal effects, clothes
jewelry, __? & anything & that __?? I give to my
daughter Sarah F. Duncan. 
   I wish my family silver to be given to my two 
sisters.
   I wish that Mr. Angelo F. Freedly? should be
named Executor.

[Mary W. Duncan wife of John W. Duncan daughter
of Andrew D. Cash , and her sisters including
Rebecca Kratz are also named as nieces of Thomas H. 
Powers in NY wills 1876.]
