To niece, Elizabeth Margaret Tilghman, daughter of my said brother, William Tilghman. To negro slave, Rachel, wife of William Dobson, residing in Maryland, also absolute freedom to her and all her children, except William, to whom I give freedom at 28 years, and Henry Dobson, whom I have already manumitted. To Executor for education of my grandniece, Maria Lloyd Hemsley, daughter of Philemon Hemsley, Esq., until eighteen years, she to live with my daughter-in-law, Sarah Troup, wife of Dr. John Troup of Queen Anne's Co., aforedsaid. After my decease, all residue of my estate to said grandniece, Maria Lloyd Hemsley, my nephew, Richard Lloyd, nephew James Tilghman, son of deceased brother, James Tilghman, and his sisters, Elizabeth Hemsley, wife of Thomas Hemsley, Esq., Maria Tilghman, Ann Brown, wife of Robert Brown, Esq., and Margaret Tilghman.
