Written: January 12, 1791 Recorded: September 26, 1804 No. 84. I, Isaac Huber of the City of Philada, mariner, do hereby make my last will and testam[ent] in manner following to wit First I will that my just debts and funeral expenses be all paid and satisfied. Item I do give devise and bequeath unto my loving wife Sophia all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever to hold to her my said wife her Heirs Exectors and Administrator for[ever] and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my had and in sealed twelfth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred ninety one. Isaac Huber {ss} Signed Sealed published & declared by the said Huber for and as his last will & Testament in the presence of L. Weiss Fredk Beates Philada September 26th 1804 Then personally appeared Frederick Beates surviving [testator] to the foregoing will and on Oath did depose and say that he was present and saw [and] heard Isaac Huber the Testator sign seal publish and declare the same as and for[unreadable] last will and Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of sound mind [unreadable] and understanding to the best of this deponents knowledge & belief. Corin Ic Wampole Philada September 26th 1804 Then personally appeared Richard Whitehead of Ph[ilada] Conveyancer and on both did depose and say that he was well acquainted with Le[wis] Weiss whose name is subscribed as witness to the foregoing will in his life time an[d] well acquainted with his hand writing that the name “LWeiss” subscribed as wit[ness] to the said will is of the said Lewis Weiss’s own proper hand writing to the best of this deponents knowledge and beliefs.
