In the Name of God Amen I Ann Sybilla of Lower Salford Township, in Philadelphia
County, Widow Relict of John Isaac Kline late of the said Township Yeoman
deceased, Being far advanced in Years and weakly in Body but of sound Mind
Memory and Understanding, Thanks be God for the same, Do this Second day of
January Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy five Make and Ordain
this my last Will and Testament in Manner and Form following (that is to say)
First I recommand my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God who gave it and my Body
to the Earth to be decently Buried at the Discretion of my Children or hereunto
named Executors And as concerning my Effects, and houshold Goods, left to me by
said late Husband as also an Annual Payment of Twenty four Pounds Lawful Money
of Pennsylvania, on every Twenty Seventh day of November during my Life which
became due on the Twenty Seventh day of November last as the first payment, And
in his said Will devised the further Sum of Twenty Pounds like Money to be paid
to me within Six Weeks next after his decease I give and dispose of the same as
follows First I Give and Devise unto my Son Richard Kline the one half part of
my Cash I may leave behind me (that is to say) the one half part of the said
Twenty four Pounds above mentioned as also the one half part of the said Twenty
Pounds Bequeathed to me as above said (should I survive the Term limitted in my
said Husbands Will) Item I give and Devise unto my Two other Sons Vizt Jacob
Kline and Gabriel Kline, the other half part of the said Twenty four pounds and
Twenty Pounds above mentioned to be Equally divided among them shear alike, And
it is further my Will and desire that all those houshold Goods and Effects I
have a ? Right to by Law shall not be put up to Publick Vendue, but shall be
made and put to Eight equal Shares having Regard as well to the Quantity as well
and Quality of the Goods and be taken by Lotts by all my Children in Shares
alike, as near as poピible it can be done, The first Lot shall be taken by my
Son John Kline the Second Lott by George Kline, the third Lot by Jacob Kline,
the fourth Lott by Richard Kline, he fifth Lott by Gabriel Kline, the Sixth Lott
by Mary, Wife of Leonard Melchior the Seventh Lott by Margaret Wife of Jacob
Button the Eight Lott by Ann Sybilla Wife of John Yerger Which division shall be
made after four Weeks next after my Decease And Lastly I nominate Constitute and
appoint my Trusty Sons, Richard Kline and Gabriel Kline, to be my whole and Sole
Executors of this my last Will and Testament making void and disannulling all my
other Wills heretofore by me made  Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to
be my last Will and Testament.  In Witneピ whereof I the said Ann Sybilla have
hereunto set my hand and Seal dated the day and Year above written

in presence of us who at her request and in her presence have put our Names

Philada April 29th 1775 personally appeared Nicholas Schwenk and Charles Goピ
the Witneピes of the foregoing Will and on their solemnn Affirmation according
to Law did declare that they saw and heard Ann Sybilla Kline the Testatrix
therein named Sign Seal Publish and declare the same Will for and as her last
Will and Testament And that at the Execution thereof She was of sound disposing
Mind Memory and Understanding to the best of their Knowledge & Belief 
           Coram Benjamin Chew Regr Genl

Be it remembered That on the 29th day of April 1775 The Last Will and Testament
of Ann Sybila Kline deceased in due Form of Law was proved ad Probate and
Letters Testamentary were granted to Richard Kline and Gabriel Kline Executors
in the said Will named being first duly affirmed well and truly to administer
the said deceased痴 Estate and bring an inventory thereof into the Register
Generals Office at Philadelphia on or before the 29th day of May next and render
a true and Just Account of the said Administration on or before the 29th day of
April 1776 or when thereto legally required Given under the Seal of said Office.
