Legacy to Trustees of Third Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia.  Granddaughter: 
Mary (late Mary Read) now the wife of Joel B. Sutherland, property in Southwark, 
Philadelphia County, also ground rent payable by William Gwin. Granddaughter: 
Lydia, (late Lydia Read) now the wife of John McFee, property in Southwark, 
adjoining ground in tenure of Michael Durney and of William Linnard. also to 
said granddaughters, my property in Oxford Township, Philadelphia County. Ground 
rent in Philadelphia issuing out of lot in tenure of Catharine Sink and in 
tenure of Samuel Mitchell. Step grandsons: James Botner, Joseph Botner, John 
Botner.
